SteamTopup keeps only the data needed to run accounts, credit and Steam top-up orders. This page lists what is stored and why.

1. What we store

A one-way hash of your access token and an encrypted copy used to identify your account in payment records.

Your credit balance, credit payments (amount, coin, status) and orders (Steam login name, dollar amount, price, status, time).

The IP address and device type at sign-up, used to limit accounts per network and to protect the Service.

2. What we never ask for

Steam passwords, Steam Guard codes, email addresses or trade links are not part of any order and are never requested.

3. How data is used

To place and deliver orders, to show your history and to keep the Service secure. Payment processing data is handled by our crypto payment page.

4. Cookies

One sign-in cookie keeps you signed in, and one cookie records how you first arrived at the site. There are no advertising cookies.

5. Keeping data

Records are kept while the account exists. When an account is closed, payment and order records are kept without the token for accounting.
