Refund Policy

Every order is either delivered to the Steam wallet or its full price returns to your credit. This page explains how.
1. Undelivered orders
If an order cannot be delivered, for example because the login does not exist or the account cannot receive funds, the full price returns to your credit automatically and the order shows Refunded.
2. Delivered orders
Once funds reach a Steam wallet they belong to that Steam account and follow Steam's own rules. Check the login before confirming: an order delivered to the login you entered is complete.
3. Credit
Refunds go to account credit, ready for the next order right away. Credit has no expiry date.
4. Payments that differ
If a crypto payment arrives with a different amount or after the payment window, it is reviewed and the received value is added to credit.
