Terms of Service

Last updated on November 4, 2026

These Terms describe how SteamTopup (steamtopup.io) adds money to Steam wallets by login name and how account credit works. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms. SteamTopup is an independent service and is not operated by Valve Corporation.

1. Definitions

Service: the website steamtopup.io, its account pages and its API.

Account: a SteamTopup account opened with an access token.

Credit: the US dollar balance of an account, added with cryptocurrency and used to pay for orders.

Order: a request to add a chosen dollar amount to the Steam wallet of a given Steam login name.

2. Account and access token

An account is opened with an access token created in your browser. The token is the only sign-in key. We store a one-way hash of it and cannot show it again, so keep a copy. Up to three accounts can be created from one network.

3. Credit

Credit is added through the crypto payment page in amounts from $30 ($20 in lower-income countries) to $5,000 per payment. The payment page shows the exact amount, network and payment fee before you send. The first credit top-up of an account can include a bonus shown on the top-up page.

Credit is used for orders on the Service and has no expiry date.

4. Placing an order

You choose a Steam login name and an amount from $0.65 to $850. The price is shown before you confirm and is charged from credit once. You are responsible for the login name you enter; copy it from the Account details page in Steam.

Orders are available for Steam accounts whose store country is one of the countries listed on the regions page. Steam credits the funds in the wallet's own currency at its own rate.

5. Delivery

Orders are usually delivered within a few minutes and the order page shows the status. If an order cannot be delivered, its full price returns to your credit.

6. Prices

Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change for future orders. The price shown on the button when you confirm is the price of that order.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for fraud, for funds of unclear origin, to break the Steam Subscriber Agreement or to fund accounts you are not allowed to fund. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules; the price of a cancelled order returns to credit.

8. Liability

The Service adds money to Steam wallets; what happens in Steam after delivery follows Steam's own rules. Our liability for an order is limited to the price of that order.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
